Hopper's Backyard

That poster was the certainty of a known place. Simple: two traces – one track – a little house. The image of a late afternoon as the day slowly faded. Railroad Sunset.
That image was the certainty of a known place. The melancoly of an unpeopled dawn filled with spirits. The spirits that people our longings.
And within that shared collective loneliness laid all the presences and absences of so many lives.
The present work was inspired by the work of Edward Hopper, north american paintor, who lived, for most of his life, in New York City.
